Ink Drawings
In the ledger drawings, I am remembering the early Native American Plains drawings on ledger paper, as there was no other paper at the forts to express their pictorial narratives. Early re-contextualization of paper that stuck with me from a young age. I am combining this with a love of silhouettes, tree forms that I see and imagine.
