The Clerical Vortex or shredded paper tornado observes the epic use of documents in paper form, their temporary significance, their existence as a destructive mass of trash. Further in the reinterpreted office machinery and reused library cards, I comment on the transitory nature of technology, the farcical nature of technological progress, the massive by-products of systems change.
